This certification event is being held at the end of a two week EPT workshop (fully booked) presented by Dr John Morse.   Examinations will be held at the end of the course on Friday, 18 August 2006, at Highlands Biological Station.

Workshop registrants may take the NABS certification from 9-12 am.

Non-workshop participants may take the NABS certification only from 1-4 pm.

Cost will be $200/examination.  The fee should be paid by cheque made payable to Acadia University NABS TCP and mailed to the Program Coordinator.

Stereo microscopes will be provided for the EPT test.  Ethanol and Petri dishes will also be provided.  However, all other equipment, probes, forceps, etc., and taxonomic keys are the candidates responsibility.  Candidates may bring their own microscopes if they wish.

If you have further questions about Certification Examination policy, please see the web site or contact the Program Coordinator directly.  If you have questions about site-related details of the Certification Examination, please contact the Examination Administrator.

Once the Program Coordinator (Reynoldson) has received your registration form (below) and cheque confirming your participation, the Examination Administrator (Morse) will provide further details to the participant at the address above (usually by email).
